This amendment is to - 1. extend the submission deadline from 09-10-2024 to 09-13-2024 at 8:00 am PDT. 2. Add the following statement to Section B.4 - Price/Cost Schedule: If vendor has rationality to adjust changes to provide a more efficient and economical solution, the vendor may propose to change Estimated Quantities.

Please do not change the Item Number and Description of the Item Numbers in this Price/Cost Schedule. 3. Change the title of column Quantity to Estimated Quantity on Section B.4 - Price/Cost Schedule. 4. Change the estimated quantity of Item Number 0006 from 1000 to 700 on Section B.4 - Price/Cost Schedule. 5. Change the delivery date from 180 days to 12 months on Section B.5 Delivery Schedule. 6. Post answers to Vendor s questions.
