Remove the Small Business Set Aside restrictions and solicit as Unrestricted, Full Open Competition in the Open Market and Extend the solicitation due date to Wednesday September 18, 2024, by 12:00PM PST. Submit written offers with spec-sheets of proposed items in accordance with the following instructions, as well as Addendum to FAR 52.212-1, Instruction to Offerors. Oral offers will not be accepted. Complete and submit enclosure 1 via email no later than 12:00PM PST Wednesday September 18, 2024, to israel.garcia2@va.gov.
