## Description

The contractor will: • Review existing WMP [Water Management Plan} • Perform review of systems, risk assessments, hazardous conditions, and program response procedures. • Review documents for compliance including response plans in accordance with applicable VA Directives, • Submit report within three weeks of assessment. • Conduct one follow-up in verification to ensure discrepancies were completed to include assistance with TJC review/accreditation survey. • Assess annually for 4 option years.
