This Amendment to RFQ 36C26224Q1036 is intended to extend the response due date and to answer questions that have been asked by vendors. Please provide your quote with your response. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged.

This will be used during construction. Is there an existing incumbent and if so, who is it? Veteran Procurement Resources is the current contract holder. The specs call for 12 x 50 MRI trailer, the current trailer on site does not look like it is a 12 x 50, is this correct?

That is correct. In the pictures, there is an existing covered walkway, will this be removed? This will be re-used. It can be removed for placement and then put back into place. The specs call for a patient digital video system, do you have a name brand or any details on this product? No details. Just a camera to monitor patient during exam. We need clarification, you are calling for a Siemens Definition 256 Flash CT and not a 128 Flash CT?

Correct we are requesting a Siemens Definition 256 Flash CT Submit written offers with spec-sheets of proposed items in accordance with the following instructions, as well as Addendum to FAR 52.212-1, Instruction to Offerors. Oral offers will not be accepted. Complete and submit enclosure 1 via email no later than 04:00PM PST Tuesday May 7, 2024, to israel.garcia2@va.gov.
