## Description

THIS SOLICITATION IS BEING CANCELED FOR SOW RE-WRITE TO ADDRESS QUESTIONS THAT HAVE COME UP REGARDING THE SOW. A NEW SOLICITATION WILL BE POSTED SHORTLY.

The purpose of this amendment is to provide answers to questions received by the due date/time, and to add a site visit on 08/19/2024 at 09:00 PST. Please contact COR Jonathan S. McWhite, (909)825-7084 x2177, Jonathan.Mcwhite@va.gov to coordinate. This solicitation is extended to 08/21/2024 at 10:00 PST.

The VA Loma Linda Healthcare System (VALLHS) Facility Maintenance Services require immediate award of ARC Flash Analysis Updating to be in compliance with required electrical inspections, of the electrical distribution system. As per the NFPA99, NFPA 70E, IEEE, and the Join Commission, the VA is required to perform inspections of all switchgears, switchboards, distribution panels, motor control centers and all related components every 5 years. See amended RFQ ATTACHED. Base year only.
