Contractors included in this industry may include both the parts and labor when performing work. These contractors may perform new work, additions, alterations, maintenance, and repairs. The Business Size Standards in Millions of Dollars is calculated at $19 million dollars. The Sole Source Rationale is based on the Government s belief that the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) has not authorized, certified, or endorses any third-party organization to perform maintenance, upgrades, or modernization work of any nature on ASCO Power Technologies supplied emergency power transfer system products.
