## Description

This amendment is issued against the solicitation# 36C26224Q0575. This amendment Shall post the revised salient characteristics under B.2 STATEMENT OF WORK to the following:

Salient Characteristics Leviton 53C4M-1S7 or equivalent power strips meeting following salient characteristics: Must be Hospital Grade Power Strips Must be 15 Amp. Must have Surge Protection for safety. Must be able to be mounted above worksurface. 4-outlets Hospital Grade NEM 5-15 receptacles with locking covers. Must be made in America. 7 ft maximum length and Must be operable in Isolated Power Applications shall be removed. Shall extend the offer due date from 2/9/2024 10am Pacific Local Time to 2/14/2024 10am Pacific Local Time. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged.
