**INTRODUCTION:** The purpose of this Statement of Work (SOW) is to outline the tasks and responsibilities of the vendor in supplying Omnicell Cabinets.

**BACKGROUND:** The Long Beach VA Medical Center is requiring Omnicell Cabinets. The prospective contractor must be Brand Name or Equal to Omnicell Inc:

**PURPOSE:** The equipment requested to support patients care.

**SCOPE:** The Long Beach VA Medical Center is seeking a contractor to provide Omnicell Cabinets.
