## Description

This is a modification to answer questions received regarding Bleed Control Kits for VA Greater Los Angeles Healthcare System. Are there size specifications for the zippered pouch? No. The pouches need to be large enough to hold 5 kits. Does it need to molle to a vest or be able to attach to a belt? No. Does it need a drop leg platform to attach to the thigh? No. Do you need a TCCC card and a marker in the kit? No. Do you want the tourniquet in black or orange? Orange. All other requirements and due dates for this solicitation remain unchanged.
