A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Background: Â Southern Arizona VA Healthcare System uses ChargePoint s electric vehicle charging stations, which requires proprietary software to operate, which is provided by ChargePoint, the OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer), and its authorized distributors.
