## Description

The contractor shall provide medical waste pick-up and disposal to those facilities under the same terms and conditions as specified in this contract when directed to do so by the Contracting Officer (CO). The Contractor shall provide services to those clinics at the prices established for those same services at the parent facility. Clinic locations and estimated quantities are subject to the change due to patient demand. The Contractor shall ensure it maintains the resources necessary to respond to these changes.
