## Description

An RFI was posted with zero responses received. Market Research was conducted via CoStart which showed five possible locations, none of which responded to the RFI. The results from the market reserach and RFI posting show that it is in the best interest of the Government to proceed with sole source procurement to the incumbent Lessor.
