These services are rapidly approaching their maximum exam space capacity for patient care and require existing administrative spaces to be converted into examination rooms to meet the growing demands. Currently, these existing administrative spaces are not equipped with the proper plumbing fixtures or exam lights needed for clinicians to provide care to veteran patients. Additionally, certain spaces are large and underutilized and would be best divided into two separate exam spaces.
