## Description

AMENDMENT-DESCRIPTION The purpose of this amendment is to provide the following details: The proposal submission date is updated to 03-09-2026 at 14:00 PDT. Answers to contractor's Requests For Information (RFI) are provided on attachment "RFI Q-A Response 02-26-2026. The Government has updated the language in Section A, Subsection "k" of the Statement of Work (SOW). The applicable SOW for this solicitation is attached and titled "Attachment SOW 02-26-2026."

All prior SOW versions are superseded and will not be used for this requirement. There are updates added to the project drawings. These updates are provided in the attachment titled "Attachment Drawings Addendum 1." All other terms and conditions remain unchanged and are in full force and effect. (END OF AMENDMENT-DESCRIPTION)
