The contract is estimated for final completion by 11/30/2026. The Department of Veterans Affairs intends to solicit and award a sole source contract, firm fixed price, for purchase, installation and preventative maintenance of an ACIST CVi Standard Contrast Dye Injector System to B2H Consulting Group LLC, 220 Aspen Ridge Road, Daniel, WY 83115. There are no other sources that will satisfy agency requirements for items and necessary services. No other contrast system is known capable of meeting the requirements to include: • Variable, pressurized rate control for all cardiac and peripheral injections. • User-Responsive, Variable and Fixed rate injector from 0.8 to 40 ml/se. • Automatic contrast refill setting. • Monitoring sensors for Air Column Detect, Isolation Manifold, Contrast Source Empty, Contrast Syringe Refill and Contrast Source Isolation. • Injection modes settings for cardiac & peripheral injections • Real time contrast monitoring and documentation. Per original equipment manufacturer ACIST, B2H Consulting Group LLC is the exclusive reseller of all ACIST products to the Department of Veterans Affairs. Any responsible source that feels it is capable in performing this requirement may submit a quote for the above listed items and describe and/or submit documentation to support your capabilities. The response will be considered by the agency. If you are not the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM), you must submit an authorized distributor letter signed by the OEM. If you are not the OEM and a small business, you must indicate in your response how you will comply with limitations on subcontracting and/or the non-manufacturer rule.
