## Description

09.01.2026 The purpose of this request for quote amendment is to incorporate CLIN 0003, 1 Year Software License Agreement, with a quantity of two (2) each and to extend the submission date of the request for quote to September 04, 2026 at 1500 PDT. 08.26.2026 The purpose of this amendment is to answer the following questions received and to update the delivery address:

**Q1:** Karcher does not make a Kira b100. Were you looking for the B200?

**A1:** Request for quote is for Karcher Kira B100 R;

**Part#1.006-720.0 Q2:** No warranty duration in the specs, which warranty is requested A2: Please quote standard warranty.

**Q3:** Service Portion is optional, is it being requested.

**A3:** No. Contractor shall provide the manufacturer standard commercial warranty and service support information. VA Southern Nevada Healthcare System KIRA B100 Autonomous Floor Scrubber Please see attached request for quote for requirement details. Submission of your response shall be received no later than August 27, 2026 at 1500 PDT at victoria.torres@va.gov.
