This notice satisfies the requirement at RFO 5.201(b)(2), requiring publication of the proposed contract action. This notice is not a request for competitive quotes. However any business that believes it can provide the Integrated Surgical Energy Platform System may submit a quotation which shall be considered by the agency, by providing written notice to derek.brown7@va.gov by the due date stated in box 8 of the SF 1449. Telephone requests will not be accepted. Supporting evidence must be furnished in sufficient detail to demonstrate the ability to comply with the requirement. Responses will be considered by the Government; however, a determination by the Government not to compete the proposes acquisition based upon responses of this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
