07.08.2026 The purpose of this amendment is the following:

a. Provide clarifications and answers to post site visit questions received.

b. Extend the quote submission date to Monday, July 20th at 1200 PDT.

c. Line Item 0001 quantity has been increased from 1 to 2 each.

d. Line Item 0002 quantity has been increased from 1 to 2 each.

e. Line item 0049 quantity has been increased from 2 to 3 each.

f. Line item 0051 quantity has been increased from 1 to 3 each.

g. Add Line Item 0064 with a quantity of 1 each to replace Patient Emergency Parking Only Signage.

h. Add Line Item 0065 with a quantity of 1 each to replace Deer Springs Way Exit Signage. 06.26.2026 SNVHCS Exterior Campus Signage & Wayfinding Amendment 0002 The purpose of the amendment is the following:

1. Extend the date for post site visit questions submission to Tuesday, June 30th,2026 at 1700 PDT.

2. Extend the date for submission of quotes to Tuesday, July 14th,2026 at 1700 PDT. 06.23.2026 SNVHCS Exterior Campus Signage & Wayfinding Amendment 0001 The purpose of this amendment is the following:

1. Provide answers to questions received in the attached excel spreadsheet.

2. Provide a post site visit questions due date of 11:00 AM PDT, Monday, June 29th, 2026. Any questions post site visit for the SNVHCS Exterior Campus Signage & Wayfinding must be forwarding in writing via email to Victoria Torres, victoria.torres@va.gov NO LATER THAN June 29, 2026 at 11:00 AM PDT.

3. FAR 52.222-41 Service Contract Labor Standards. (AUG 2018) (DEVIATION NOV 2025) has been incorporated by reference. Service Contract Act wage determination 2015-5593 applies to this location.

4. Extend the quotation response date to Monday, July 06, 2026 at 11:00AM PDT. SNVHCS Exterior Campus Signage & Wayfinding Submission of your response shall be received no later than July 06, 2026 at 1100 PDT at victoria.torres@va.gov. Late submission shall be treated in accordance with solicitation provision on FAR 52.212-1 (f).
