**CONTINUATION PAGE QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS:** Is proof of manufacturer certifications required at the time of quote submission on April 27, or can documentation be provided at time of award or prior to the June 15 performance start date?

**VA RESPONSE:** All certifications must be provided when solicitation is due. No documentation can be provided after offers are due. Several manufacturers referenced in the PWS specifically Blackmagic Design, VADDIO, and Sony do not offer formal AV integrator certification programs in the same manner as Crestron or Extron. Will documented hands-on experience with the specified equipment (project references, equipment model familiarity, and maintenance history) be accepted as equivalent proof of qualifications for those manufacturers?

**VA RESPONSE:** Yes, if there are no formal integrator certification programs in the same manner as Crestron or Extron. Verifiable, documented hands-on experience with the specified equipment (project references, equipment model familiarity, and maintenance history) will be accepted as equivalent proof of qualifications for those manufacturers.
