The service contract covers VoiceOver Pro Licenses, Speechkit Subscriptions, headset and other voice capture accessories, and server/application maintenance and updates. GovSmart, INC. will provide dictation pathology services to support the VA San Francisco Health Care System (VASFHCS). This is an intent to sole source notice for commercial items prepared in accordance with FAR Part 5 - Publicizing Contract Actions. This announcement constitutes the only Notice of Intent to Sole Source and synopsis of proposed action. The Department of Veteran Affairs, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 21, intends to award a sole-source contract under the authority of this non-competitive acquisition as implemented by FAR 6.103-1 Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements, to GovSmart, INC. located at 715 Charlton Avenue, Charlottesville, Virgina, 22903, United States. This Notice of Intent is not a request for quotations; interested parties may express their interest with a full description how all elements in the attached statement of work will be fulfilled by e-mailing: gary.christensen@va.gov no later than 08:00 AM Pacific Daylight Time (PDT) on 03/18/26.
