No Solicitation is currently available. All information contained in this Sources Sought Announcement is preliminary, as well as subject to modification, and is in no way binding on the Government. Potential Offerors must also have a current Online Representations and Certification Application on file with SAM. DESCRIPTION OF WORK 1. General 1.1 Description of Services: The Palo Alto VA Medical Center (hereafter VAPAHCS), its associated Community-Based Outpatient Clinics (CBOCs), and affiliated healthcare clinics require contracted nonemergent wheelchair transportation services. The contractor shall provide all vehicles, personnel, management, supplies, equipment, and necessary reporting for the provision of nonemergent wheelchair and gurney transportation services. The contactor shall make these nonemergent wheelchair and gurney transportation services available to the VA as needed, 24 hours a day, seven days a week (24/7), including weekends and holidays.
