The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 541350, building inspection services and the small business size standard is $11.5 Million. A draft Statement of Work (SOW), subject to change, is attached to this notice. The period-of-performance (POP) for the base year 3/13/2026 12/31/2026. All interested contractors must respond by email to parmpreet.pannu@va.gov no later than 4:00 PM PST on 2/13/2026. The assigned sources sought announcement number 36C26126Q0400 should be referenced on all correspondence regarding this announcement. Please answer the following questions when responding: a) What is your company s Socioeconomic Status?
