## Description

Network 21 Contracting Office anticipates awarding a sole source procurement to PERFORMAX 3, INC. NAICS Code 513210 - Software Publishers, with a size standard of $47.0M will be utilized. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1 due to the sole distributorship and continued need for this procurement. No solicitation will be issued. A determination not to compete this proposed contract is based solely within the discretion of the Government.
