THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT ANNOUNCEMENT ONLY.Â Â Â No Solicitation is currently available.Â All information contained in this Sources Sought Announcement is preliminary, as well as subject to modification, and is in no way binding on the Government.Â Â The Government will not pay for any informationÂ submittedÂ in response to this request.Â Â The information requested will be used solely within the Department of Veterans Affairs toÂ facilitateÂ decision making and will not beÂ disclosedÂ outside of the Government.Â Â The determination of a procurement strategy, based upon the commentsÂ submittedÂ in response to this Sources Sought Announcement, is solely within the discretion of the Government.Â The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code isÂ 561720, Janitorial Services, size standard is $22M.Â Â Potential Offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) to be eligible for an award (See Internet SiteÂ https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM/).Â Â Potential Offerors must also have a current Online Representations and Certification Application on file with SAM.Â DESCRIPTION OF WORKÂ Â 1.Â Â General 1.1Â Â DescriptionÂ of Services:Â This requirement is for 12 Full-Time Equivalent (FTE) employees for cleaning Durable Medical Equipment (DME) and supporting Veterans Affairs Environmental Management Service (VA EMS) Housekeeping.
