The proposed contract action is to provide IV chemotherapy and other hazardous drug (HD) products as requested by the VACCHCS pharmacy on an on-demand basis with 3 hour response time in accordance with the Statement of Work. Pacific Compounding Pharmacy and Consultations, INC. will provide services to support continuous operations at the VA of Southern Nevada Health Care System. This is an intent to sole source notice for commercial items prepared in accordance with FAR Subpart 5.2, Synopses of Proposed Contract Actions. This announcement constitutes the only notice of intent to sole source and synopsis of proposed action. The Department of Veteran Affairs, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 21, intends to award a sole-source contract under the authority of this non-competitive acquisition as implemented by 41 U.S.C 253(c) (1) - FAR 6.302-1 (only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements), to Pacific Compounding Pharmacy and Consultations, INC., located at 1889 W March LN, Stockton, California 95207-6402, United States.
