**NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE Requirement:**

**IV Room Testing Agy/Dept:** Department of Veterans Affairs (VA)

**Location:** Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), San Francisco Medical Center (SFVAMC).

**Notice Details:** The Department of Veterans Affairs intends to negotiate a sole-source contract with [Insert Vendor Name] under the authority of FAR 13.106-l(b). This requirement is un-der the Simplified Acquisition Threshold (SAT). This notice is not a request for competitive quotes. It is a notice of the government's in-tent to execute a non-competitive action. However, any responsible source that be- lieves it can satisfy this requirement may submit a capability statement.
