## Description

**SOLICITATION DESCRIPTION:** The purpose of this modification is to remove clauses and incorporate clause deviations IAW the implementation of Executive Orders (EO) 14148 and 14173, the revocation of EOs 11246, 14057, and section 2 of 14208, to update terminology based on EO 14168, and to comply with EO 13899.
