This is a Sources Sought notice only, for market research purposes. The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 21 is performing market research to determine if there are any vendors with economic status of Service-Disabled Veteran Owned, Veteran Owned, Woman Owned, and other small businesses that can provide the items listed below. Responses to this Sources Sought will be used for market research purposes. This requirement is for a Veterans Integrated Services Network (VISN 21) procurement to provide the items listed below. There is no solicitation document at this time. The NAICS 339112 with small business size of 1000 employees.

**NOTE:** Please ensure that the System for Award Management ( https://sam.gov/ ) indicates this NAICS code if you are interested in the requirement. If you are responding as an SD/VOSB vendor, you must be verified at Small Business Administration page https://search.certifications.sba.gov/ AND your verification must indicate this NAICS code.

**RF Medical RFTP 0707N:** Soft Tissue Radiofrequency Ablation Starter Bundle package including RF Ablation System with Generator and Pump, 15 disposable RF electrodes (18 gauge, 70mm length, various mm exposure, down to 3 mm). Salient Characteristics The intended use of the requested item is the treatment of benign thyroid nodules and microcarcinomas. System will allow for minimally invasive, ultrasound-guided ablation of thyroid tissue, reducing the need for surgery and referrals to community care.

The system will be used by endocrine and general surgeons as part of a growing in-house thyroid ablation program to improve Veteran access to specialty care. Item must be indicated specifically for thyroid ablation and must have sufficient technical features, such as impedance control, thyroid-specific electrode dimensions, appropriate electrode configurations, thermal safety mechanisms, and FDA-cleared for use in thyroid radiofrequency ablation.
