Department of Veterans Affairs, VHA, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 21 intends to negotiate/award a sole-source contract to Aldevra, LLC a Certified Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) for a Base year plus one-option year. The statutory authority for applying the Simplified Procedures for Commercial Items of FAR 13.5 is 41 U.S.C. § 1901 and is implemented by FAR 13.106-1(b)(2) for restricting competition on this procurement. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this requirement is, 811210 Electronic and Precision Equipment Repair and Maintenance.
