The Department of Veterans Affairs intends to solicit a firm fixed price contract for EntryPoint Identity and Access Management Licenses to TECHNOLOGY INDUSTRIES INC, 9002 VIRGINIA TER, LORTON, VA 22079 USA. There are no other sources that will satisfy agency requirements for the necessary items. EntryPoint Identify and Access Management Licenses are the only licenses currently approved by VA Office of Information Technology (OIT) to serve the necessary purpose of growing PIV card locations. This software has current approval under the VA Technical Reference Model v 25.1. While Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) Technology Industries does work with specific resellers to integrate at VA locations, Technology Industries has worked directly with the Northern California VA since the departure of the prior integrator and has confirmed there are no plans to authorize any resellers for this procurement.
