Sole Source IDIQ Award for Locked Mental Health Services 7th Avenue Center, Santa Cruz, CA Description: The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Network Contracting Office 21, on behalf of the VA Palo Alto Health Care System (VAPAHCS), has awarded a sole source Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract to 7th Avenue Center, located in Santa Cruz, California, for Community Nursing Home (CNH) locked mental health services.

This IDIQ contract has a ceiling not to exceed $749,999 and a period of performance of one (1) year. The facility provides locked, specialized mental health care for Veterans with severe psychiatric needs.
