## Description

Pre-Solicitation Notice of Intent to Sole Source Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Network Contracting Office (NCO) 21, intends to award a sole source Firm Fixed Price Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (FFP-IDIQ) contract to Integrity NV Funeral Service (UEI: P7X7GF3HNWL3). Integrity NV Funeral Service has provided funeral and burial services for unclaimed remains for VA Sierra Nevada Health Care System.

All responsible sources that can provide funeral and burial services for unclaimed remains within Reno, NV may submit a capability statement for consideration on or before July 9, 2025 12:00PM PST. After consideration, the Government will determine whether to proceed with the sole source acquisition.
