## Description

The Department of Veterans Affairs, NCO 21, intends to award a sole source firm fixed price contract to E3 Diagnostics, Inc. because we believe they are the sole source distributor in the Nevada area for the Interacoustics Orion Autotraverse Rotary Chair system. A draft of the statement of work is attached.
