Objective/Milestone: The goal of the HCHV program is to end Veteran homelessness by enhancing current homeless service capacity. The intent of this contract is to engage a community provider to offer homeless Veterans services through the Contracted Emergency Residential Services program, enhanced by the services as defined in the Performance Work Statement. Services will be provided 24/7 to homeless Veterans. This contract is expected to house and serve homeless Veterans in need of placement in a safe environment with onsite supportive services.
