## Description

THIS IS A PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE FOR A REQUEST FOR INFORMATION The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Veterans Health Administration (VHA), Network Contracting Office (NCO 21), intends to solicit quotes from contractors to provide an integrated Inventory Management System (IMS) to conduct end-to-end tracking, viewing, accountability and analysis of inventory in and related to the Pharmacy Health Network Policy Office (PHNPO)/Emergency Pharmacy Service (EPS) All-Hazards Emergency Cache (AHEC) Program facility sites and warehouse(s), for the VA Palo Alto Healthcare System.

RFQ no. 36C26125Q0263. Supporting evidence must be furnished in sufficient detail to demonstrate the ability to comply with the requirement. Your response should include a STATEMENT OF CAPABLILITY, GSA SCHEDULE INFORMATION, BUSINESS SIZE, AND SOCIO-ECONOMIC STATUS. The VA anticipates issuing a solicitation for this requirement on or about 2/15/2025. The solicitation will be available for download from https://sam.gov/content/opportunities.

Interested vendors will be responsible for downloading copies of solicitation (and any subsequent amendments) from that website, and no hard copies will be made available. The solicitation will provide full information to contractors about the proposal submission process. All interested offers MUST have an active vendor record in SAM.gov, under the identified NAICS code and NOT have any exclusions such as a delinquent federal debt or debarment.

The Government intends to award (1) one firm fixed priced contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation, will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered.
