The period of performance for this contract will be a base year plus four option years. **2. Description of Services:** The contractor shall install a mammography tracking system and o going support/service - per the VA National Teleradiology Program (NTP) - provide all software components, personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, other items, and non-personal services necessary to provide Mammography Services for all encompassing locations within the VA Palo Alto Health Care System.
