## Description

THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT ANNOUNCEMENT ONLY. No Solicitation is currently available. The information requested will be used solely within the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) to facilitate decision making and will not be disclosed outside of the Government. The determination of a procurement strategy, based upon the comments submitted in response to this Sources Sought Announcement, is solely within the discretion of the Government.

The VA Network Contracting Office (NCO 21) is soliciting information from contractors that can provide Routed Network Service (RNS) for Access to the National Crime Investigation Center (NCIC) and Judicial Inquiry System/Hawaii Criminal Justice Data Center (HCJDC) in support of the Veterans Affairs Pacific Islands Health Care System, (VA PIHCS) Police Service, headquartered at the Spark M. Matsunaga VA Medical Center at Honolulu, Hawaii.

Satellite offices are located at the VA Outpatient Clinic in Honolulu and Kapolei. All work is performed on site at the VA facilities. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 517112, Wireless Telecommunications Carriers (except Satellite), and the small business size standard is 1,500 employees. A draft Statement of Work (SOW), subject to change, is attached to this notice. The period-of-performance (POP) for the base year 12/02/2024 12/01/2025 plus four one-year option periods.

All interested contractors must respond by email to destiny.quenga@va.gov no later than 4:00 PM PST on 11/18/2024. The assigned sources sought announcement number 36C26125Q0112 should be referenced on all correspondence regarding this announcement. Please answer the following questions when responding:

a) What is your company s Socioeconomic Status? (ex: small business, large business, SDVOSB, etc.).

b) If SDVOSB or VOSB, are you registered in https://veterans.certify.sba.gov (Veteran Small Business Certification (sba.gov) ).
