## Description

The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Network Contracting Office (NCO) 21 is requesting quotes for Canteen, Nutrition & Food Service Hood Exhaust Cleaning Services for the VA Sierra Nevada Health Care System (VASNHCS), at 975 Kirman Avenue, Reno, NV. The Period of Performance will be for a Base Year and Four (4) One-Year Options. The anticipated start date will be January 6, 2025. The Solicitation will be issued on a restricted basis and will be a 100% set-aside for Small Businesses.

To be eligible for award the Small Business must be considered small under the relevant NAICS code 561720. Potential offerors are further advised that failure to register in the SAM database (https://sam.gov) will render your firm ineligible for award. Offerors shall follow the submission instructions specified on FAR Provisions 52.212-1 and 52.212-2, and their addendums included in this solicitation.

Failure to follow the instructions will result in an unfavorable evaluation and quote may not be considered for award.
