**Questions and Answers Question:** As an SDVOSB that responded to the sources sought, I'm to the understanding that this solicitation (RFQ 36C26125Q0024) should be set aside for SDVOSB firms. Can I ask why it isn't?

**Answer:** It was not set aside SDVOSB because the responses I received from the sources sought did not meet the VA Rule of Two. You were the only SDVOSB that was interested and capable.

**Question:** Is the contractor required to provide services on Federal Holidays?

**Answer:** No
