ACF Technologies, Inc is the exclusive provider of Q-Flow products and services. All Q-Flow products with vendor certified support and maintenance can only be purchased, supported, delivered, and/or upgraded by ACF Technologies, Inc. There are no other entities that are authorized to provide these products and services. Based on this, the VA Rule of Two cannot be met. Additionally, these services have been identified to be available through GSA FSS contract # 47QTCA18D002Y.

ACF Technologies, Inc. is the only company that has the capabilities and authorization necessary to perform service maintenance for Q-Flow system equipment. There are no other entities authorized to fulfill this requirement, and therefore, must be sole sourced to ACF Technologies, Inc. though the GSA contract # 47QTCA18D002Y.
