## Description

This is a firm-fixed price (FFP)requirement. Period of Performance (POP) is 540 Calendar days from Notice to Proceed (NTP). Resulted in a FFP Construction Contract Award. The purpose of this project is for the contractor to provide all materials, labor, tools, equipment, transportation, supervision, project management, administrative support, and specialized expertise to perform the work cited in the Statement of Work, and Specifications.

General construction work includes the engineering, furnishing and modernization of the complete traction elevator system. Passenger Elevators (P1 & P2) must be overhead traction, microprocessor control system, AC VVVF motor control, power operated car and hoist way doors. The Passenger Elevators must be Class A loading rated as a minimum. The Service Elevators (S3 & S4) must be overhead traction, microprocessor control system, AC VVVF motor control, power operated car and hoist way doors.

Elevators must be Class C3 loading rated as a minimum. All machine room sheaves must receive appropriate guards as required, as stated in ASME A17.1 2022, Section 2.24. All equipment must meet codes and standards listed in the Contract, SOW, and Specifications. This project is located at the Department of Veterans Affairs, Fresno VA Medical Center, at 2615 East Clinton Avenue, Fresno, CA 93703 as required in the SOW, Drawings, and specifications provided.
