The purpose of this sources sought is to identify qualified businesses, including Service-Disabled Veteran-owned Small Business (SDVOSB) Veteran-Owned Small Business (VOSB), small, disadvantaged businesses (SDB), Women-owned Small Business (WOSB), Historically Underutilized Business Zone (HUBZone) Small Business, 8(a) Small Business and small business concerns that are interested in and capable of performing the work described as follows: Provide temporary storage of two (2) Siemens MRI magnets (Prisma and Vida 3T) connected to a full operational cryogen farm. Storage shall be month-to-month for up to a total of 12 months. The magnets must always be maintained and operational in accordance with Siemens specific conditions to ensure the 3T magnets are not damaged in any way and is fully operational when installed. The magnets shall be delivered in accordance with Siemens specific requirements, to the VA Palo Alto medical center at 3801 Miranda Avenue, Palo Alto, CA, at a time designated by the VA. A minimum of 4 weeks notification by the VA will be given to schedule the delivery of the magnets.
