Presolicitation Notice Presolicitation Notice Page 3 of 3 Presolicitation Notice DESCRIPTION The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 21 hereby provides notice of its intent to award a Sole Source, Firm-Fixed-Price construction contract to Elevated Technologies, Inc. The contract is expected to be awarded in accordance with VAAR 19.1406 and 38 U.S.C. 8127(c).

The contract to Elevated Technologies, Inc. will provide construction services to repair/replace damaged elevator equipment in Bldgs. located at the Palo Alto, California, VA Health Care System. NAICS code: 238290, Other Building Equipment Contractors (SBA Size Standard $22.2 Million), The magnitude of construction is between $1,000,000 and $2,000,000 THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS.
