## Description

The Department of Veterans Affairs, NCO 21, intends to award a sole source firm fixed price contract to Bitscopic Inc. because we believe they are the sole source provider for the PraediGene H5N1 Module. A draft of the statement of work is attached.

If you believe that your company is authorized to provide the PraediGene H5N1 Module in accordance with the statement of work, please provide your information to brandy.gastinell@va.gov by August 22, 2024. The applicable NAICS Code is 513210 and the size standard is $47.0 Million. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes.

Responses received will be evaluated; however, a determination by the Government not to compete the proposed procurement based upon responses received to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
