This notice satisfies the requirement at FAR 5.201(b)(1), requiring publication of the proposed contract action. This notice is not a request for competitive quotes. However, IAW FAR 5.207(c)(16)(ii) any business that believes it can provide Medivator Advantage Plus Automated Endoscope Reprocessors along with annual maintenance and technical support may submit a capabilities statement or quotation which shall be considered by the agency, by providing written notice to derek.brown7@va.gov.
