## Description

The VA Pacific Islands Health Care System has a requirement for Digital Retinal Camera for Akaka Clinic Activation. This solicitation will be set aside to Small Businesses only. All vendors must be properly registered in the System Award Management database (SAM) and Vetbiz.gov. This solicitation will allow for vendors to offer Brand Name or equal products. All items shall be new, and not refurbished or recycled.
