This contract will be used to provide services for various facilities throughout VA Central California Health Care System, VA Northern California Health Care System, VA Palo Alto Health Care System, VA San Francisco Health Care System, VA Sierra Nevada Health Care System, and the VA Pacific Islands Health Care System. Determination of this single source procurement is in accordance with Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements per 41 USC 3304(a)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1. It is the Government s belief that the proposed vendor is the only provider of the software that can meet the agency's needs. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 513210 (Software Publishers), 47.0 million size standard and the Product Service Code (PSC) is 6525 (Imaging Equipment and Supplies: Medical, Dental, Veterinary). This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes. Telephone requests will not be accepted.
