The Department of Veterans Affairs intends to solicit and award a sole source contract, firm fixed price, Base plus four (4) option years, for service and maintenance of two (2) Ziehm C-ARM imaging devices to ZIEHM-ORTHOSCAN INC, 14555 N 82nd St., Scottsdale, AZ 85260-2525. There are no other sources of service that will satisfy agency requirements. Per Ziehm-Orthoscan, Inc, no authorized distributors exist within the vicinity of the VA Southern Nevada Health Care System and North Las Vegas VA Medical Center and CBOCs. No other service providers have access to proprietary software to allow for necessary updates and full capabilities of the equipment. Any responsible source that feels it is capable in performing this requirement may submit a quote for the above listed items and describe and/or submit documentation to support your capabilities.
