GENERAL REQUIREMENT The contractor shall provide laboratory and/or pathology services locally in the State of Hawaii, the Territories of Guam, American Samoa, and Saipan in the Commonwealth of Northern Mariana Islands (CNMI) to include pre-analytic processing defined in its laboratory manual, analysis, reporting of analytic results, and interpretation.
