## Description

The Department of Veterans Affairs, NCO 21, intends to award a sole source firm fixed price contract to Parata Systems, LLC., we believe they are the sole source provider for Preventative Maintenance for Parata Max for the San Francisco VA Medical Center (SFVAMC). A draft of the performance work statement is attached. The applicable NAICS Code is 811210 and the size standard is $34 Million. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes.

Responses received will be evaluated; however, a determination by the Government not to compete the proposed procurement based upon responses received to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government and responses must be received no later than February 9, 2024, by 1 pm.
